La Terrasse Rouge, Château La Dominique

La Terrasse Rouge, at Château La Dominique, is the last addition of trendy restaurants to Saint-Émilion. Situated on top of the bright red cellars of the contemporary château by Jean Nouvel, the restaurant overlooks Château Cheval Blanc which is situated right next door. Tables with simple, elegant design and a rich wine list, La Terrasse Rouge, owned by Clément Fayat, opened in April 2014. The restaurant is headed by its Executive Chef, Nicolas Lascombes, who was previously the head of La Brasserie Bordelaise and Le Bouchon in Cape Ferret.
