Château Haut-Brion
Château Haut-Brion is rated a Premier Cru Classé (First Growth), produced in Talence just outside of Bordeaux. Of the five first growths, it is the only wine with the Pessac-Léognan appellation.
In addition to the grand vin, Haut-Brion produces a red second wine, Le Clarence de Haut-Brion. A dry white wine is produced under Château Haut-Brion Blanc, with a limited release of the second dry white wine named La Clarté de Haut-Brion.
The annual production averages 10,000 to 12,000 cases of the grand vin Château Haut-Brion, Château Haut-Brion Blanc averages 650 to 850 cases annually. Le Clarence de Haut-Brion averages 5000 to 7000 cases and La Clarté de Haut-Brion averages 1000 to 1200 cases annually.
